Key Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of customer accounts.Collecting outstanding debt and reducing aged balances.Resolving invoice and payment queries.Recording payment commitments and maintaining accurate account records.Building effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Supporting cash forecasting and escalating high-risk accounts where required.
