Proactively chase outstanding invoices by telephone and email. Build strong working relationships with clients to encourage prompt payment. Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate customer accounts. Investigate and resolve invoice and payment queries efficiently. Produce weekly and monthly aged debt reports for management.
