Credit Controller - BD10 (Bradford)
Salary: -27,000 | Full time | Hybrid

We''re recruiting a Credit Controller for a growing business based in BD10, offering hybrid working.

The Role

• Manage a ledger of customer accounts, chasing outstanding debt via phone, email and letter
• Allocate cash and reconcile customer accounts
• Resolve invoice queries and disputes in a timely manner, liaising with sales/ops teams
• Produce aged debt reports and update management on collection status
• Set up new accounts and carry out credit checks/credit limit reviews
• Escalate problem accounts appropriately, including referrals to legal/collections where needed

About You

• Previous credit control experience essential
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Strong Excel skills; experience with an accounting/ERP system (e.g. Sage, SAP, Xero)
• Organised, resilient, and comfortable managing a busy ledger
• Studying AAT or CICM desirable but not essential
