Responsibilities: As a Credit Controller you will be Manage the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debtMonitor customer accounts, investigate and resolve payment discrepanciesProactively chase overdue invoices via phone and email, maintaining strong client relationshipsAllocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accountsProduce aged debtor reports and provide regular updates to management on cash flow and riskSet up new customer accounts, including credit checks and setting appropriate credit limitsWork closely with internal teams to resolve invoicing queries and improve collection processesSupport month-end procedures, including reporting and reconciliationsRequirements: As a Credit Controller you will need Previous experience within a Credit Control roleStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain effective working relationshipsGood attention to detail and organisational skillsExperience using accounting systems and ExcelBenefits: As a Credit Controller you will get 12-month fixed-term contractCompetitive ..... full job details .....
