Credit Controller

Responsibilities:As a Credit Controller you will Manage the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring customer payments are received in line with agreed terms and proactively chasing overdue accountsAssess and monitor credit risk by reviewing new and existing accounts, including setting and updating credit limits and payment termsMaintain accurate financial records through reconciliation of customer accounts, processing BACS remittances, and updating customer detailsBuild strong relationships with customers and internal teams to resolve invoice queries and minimise aged debtSupport month-end activities and escalations, including issuing statements, initiating legal proceedings where necessary, and handling ad hoc finance dutiesRequirements:As a Credit Controller you will need Proven experience within a credit control function, with a strong understanding of processes and best practiceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and resolve queries effectivelyExperience Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsBenefits:As a Credit Controller you will get Salary - £28,000 - ..... full job details .....
