You will be responsible for setting up direct debits, resolving queries with empathy, allocating cash accurately, and handling essential administrative tasks such as sending invoices. Key duties include: Chase payment of outstanding debts through considerate communication via telephone, letter, and email while maintaining positive relationships with customers. Re-instate and set up new direct debits efficiently to ensure smooth transactional processes for clients. Resolve customer queries promptly by providing empathetic support and clear information to address concerns. Allocate cash accurately within the finance system to maintain dependable financial records.
