Key Responsibilities:

Client Credit Assessment

Evaluate creditworthinessandnbsp;

Set and review credit limits based on financial riskandnbsp;

Invoice and Payment Management

Issue invoices promptly based on project milestones or progress billing.

Monitor accounts receivable and chase overdue payments via calls, emails, and formal letters

Track retention payments and ensure theyandrsquo;re released on time.

Debt Recovery

Negotiate payment plans and escalate unresolved debts to legal or collection agencies.

Liaise with solicitorsandnbsp;

Cash Flow Forecasting and Reporting

Update cash flow reportsandnbsp;

Expected inflows from invoicesandnbsp;

Outflows for materials, labour, and subcontractor payments.

Align forecasts with project schedules and payment terms

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare aged debt reports and debtor analysis for senior management.

Provide insights into cash flow trends and risks to support financial planning

Maintain confidentiality and data security in all financial dealings
