As they continue to expand, they are looking to appoint a proactive and commercially minded Credit Controller to join their finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership of customer accounts, and playing a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow within a dynamic business environment.Reporting into the Credit Manager, you will take responsibility for managing customer accounts, reducing aged debt, and ensuring outstanding invoices are collected in a timely manner.Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring payments are collected within agreed termsChasing overdue invoices via telephone, email and written correspondenceAssessing customer creditworthiness and minimising financial riskSetting and reviewing customer credit limits and payment termsNegotiating repayment plans where appropriateMonitoring aged debt and taking proactive action to resolve overdue balancesReconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepanciesAllocating cash receipts and maintaining accurate customer recordsWorking closely with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queriesProducing regular debtor reports and supporting cash flow managementIdentifying opportunities to improve credit control processes and proceduresTo be successful in this role, you will ideally ..... full job details .....
