As the Credit Controller, you will be managing customer accounts, collect outstanding debts, and supporting cash-flow performance while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and collect customer debts, prioritising accounts to minimise risk Act as main point of contact for customer account, invoice and payment queries Hold regular meetings with sales teams to resolve credit issues Review and assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers Prepare and issue customer statements, overdue reminders and reports Manage reconciliations, customer portals and EDI Monitor credit limits, credit holds and high-value invoices Support month-end invoicing and provide team cover when required For this role you will have; Previous credit control experience Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills Confident IT user (Excel, Outlook, accounting systems) ...
