Credit Controller (Remote)

Job role: Credit Controller (Fully Remote)Working days: Monday to Friday Working hours: 9AM to 5PMSalary: 15- 16 an hour MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CREDIT CONTROLLER Responsabilties:Manage and monitor customer invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing within agreed deadlinesChase outstanding payments and maintain strong relationships with clients to reduce aged debtReconcile customer accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies efficientlyUse systems including Salesforce and Workday to update account information, track payments, and maintain accurate recordsSupport the wider international accounts team with daily finance and credit control activitiesPrepare account statements, payment reports, and credit control updates for managementWork collaboratively with internal departments including finance, sales, and customer support teamsHandle customer queries professionally via email and phone in a fully remote working environmentMaintain compliance with company finance procedures and data accuracy standardsExperience within the software industry or a fast-paced international business environment is advantageousStrong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively Office Angels is an employment agency.
