They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to support the efficient management of cash flow and customer accounts. The role will be responsible for end-to-end credit control activities, ensuring outstanding balances are collected in a timely manner while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full credit control cycle, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliationsProactively chase outstanding debts in line with agreed payment termsEnsure accurate and timely allocation of cash receiptsInvestigate and resolve billing queries and disputes efficientlyMaintain accurate customer ledgers and recordsMonitor aged debt, credit limits, and exposure, escalating issues where appropriateSupport month-end close, reconciliations, and reportingProduce regular debtor reports and commentary for managementBuild effective working relationships across the wider business to support cash collectionEssential Experience and SkillsProven experience in a credit control role of 2 years Strong understanding of credit control processes and best practiceConfident communicatorHigh attention ..... full job details .....
