This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-focused individual to take ownership of accounts receivable and play a key role in maintaining strong cash flow.The RoleAs Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payment, and building effective working relationships both internally and externally.Key responsibilities include:Monitoring and managing accounts receivable to ensure prompt collection of outstanding balancesChasing overdue invoices via telephone and email, following internal proceduresSending regular payment reminders and follow-up communicationsInvestigating and resolving unallocated payments, queries, and debit notesEscalating potential bad debts and significant account issues to senior team membersSupporting actions relating to debts over 60 days oldReviewing customer creditworthiness and setting appropriate credit limits and termsNegotiating payment plans where requiredPosting and accurately allocating bank receiptsReconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies promptlyMaintaining up-to-date and accurate customer account recordsCompleting bank and payment provider reconciliationsManaging and reviewing the credit hold list dailyProviding ad-hoc and administrative support to the ..... full job details .....
