This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware individual to take ownership of the credit control function, working closely with stakeholders across the business and playing a key role in protecting cash flow while supporting ongoing growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debtAssess customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits and payment termsMonitor customer accounts and enforce credit limits, escalating risks where necessaryProduce and analyse aged debtor reports, identifying and managing high-risk accountsRaise accurate and timely sales invoices and allocate incoming paymentsInvestigate and resolve queries including short payments, disputes, and unallocated cashAdvise the business on risk mitigation strategies, including alternative payment methods (e.g. Letters of Credit, prepayments)Support cash flow forecasting with accurate debtor insightsLiaise with internal teams (Sales, Projects, Finance) and external stakeholders including banksContinuously improve processes, reporting, and systems within the credit control functionWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience in a Credit ..... full job details .....
