Duties and Responsibilities: Managing the sales ledger and maintaining accurate customer account records. Producing and issuing regular customer invoices in a timely manner. Carrying out credit control activities, monitoring overdue balances and following up on outstanding payments. Reconciling customer accounts and investigating any account discrepancies or queries. Calculating and processing recharge invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed deadlines. Allocating incoming payments and updating financial records accordingly.
