Credit Controller Specialist - £30,000k plus benefits Permanent Full-Time on site during Probation, Hybrid once passed (8.30am - 5pm)Location: West LeicesterReed, Accountancy and Finance, are working exclusively with a well-established, growing business, who are recruiting for a Credit Control Specialist to join its Finance team on a permanent basis.This role would suit an experienced Accounts Receivable / Customer Finance professional looking for long-term stability, development and the opportunity to take ownership of customer and member ledgers within a supportive finance function.The RoleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate ledgers and ensuring timely invoicing, effective credit control and robust reconciliation processes.Key responsibilities include:BankingProcessing daily banking transactionsTimely allocation of Direct Debit filesAccounts Receivable Reconciling ledgersCredit control activity via calls, emails, Teams and occasional face-to-face meetingsAccurate posting of invoices and allocation of paymentsResolving invoice and payment queriesMonitoring and managing credit limitsLiaising with internal stakeholders to support timely paymentOperational and ReportingEnsuring compliance with financial policies and proceduresSupporting internal and external auditsSupporting month-end and year-end close processesIdentifying process improvements and contributing to system enhancementsSupporting financial system upgrades or ..... full job details .....
