This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with existing credit control experience who enjoys building relationships, managing their own ledger, and driving cash collection performance. Day-to-day of the role:  Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debt while minimizing risk and maintaining strong customer relationships. Proactively chase outstanding payments via phone, email, and other channels. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Monitor credit limits and ensure they remain appropriate. Manage and review credit-stopped orders, taking necessary action.
