This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is confident in managing their own ledger.Day-to-day of the role:Managing and maintaining customer accounts to ensure timely payments.Chasing outstanding debts via phone, email and written correspondence.Resolving invoice queries and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records.Producing regular aged debt and status reports to track and manage receivables effectively.Liaising internally with sales and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and prompt payment processing.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role.Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships and resolve issues.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.Proficiency in using accounting systems and MS Excel to manage data and produce reports.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and collaboration.Benefits:Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000, based on experience.Opportunity to work within a growing financial services business.Office-based role ..... full job details .....
