Please see details below: Credit Controller / Accounts Administrator Full Time: 9am - 5pm (Office Based) - Free, onsite parking available Salary - £14.28 per hour (£ hours Duties: Process and allocate receipts for Bacs and Cheques Take payments over the phone and process card payments on the PDQ machine and on the in-house system (shortly we will be switching to on-line payments) Reconcile unallocated cash Credit check new applications and requests for credit limit increases using Experian / Top Service Open new accounts Chase overdue accounts by telephone/email (Currently approximately 500-600 per month per person) Answer incoming calls from Branches and Customers Update and maintain notes on the system when a customer or branch calls Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity Ensure debts are paid in-line with the credit control collection timetable Monitor Credit Control mail...
