Credit Controller

Job DescriptionOur Client are of the UK''s leading distributors with multiple sites all over the UK, Recruitment Solutions North West are pleased to be partnering with our Client to recruit a Credit Controller at one of their main offices based in Formby.This role as a Credit Controller would be ideal for individuals who are strong at providing excellent customer service while maintaining effective credit control procedures.What You''ll Be Doing:• Chasing outstanding payments and reducing aged debt. • Providing invoices, credit notes and customer statements. • Liaising with internal and external customers to resolve customer queries. • Monitoring customer accounts, credit limits and payment plans. • Processing card payments, direct debits and supporting reporting tasks. • Generate aged debt reports and make contact calls/emails to gain payment of the overdue.What We''re Looking For As A Credit Controller:• Previous experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable (preferred). • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Work well on your own and as part of a team. • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using multiple systems. • Organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Be able to start as soon as possibleWhat''s On Offer: • Annual salary Circa £26,500 • Pension scheme • Health and wellbeing support • Exclusive range of High street discounts, including cinema tickets, travel, fashion, food and drink. • Supportive team ..... full job details .....
