An international property management business is growing fast after a standout year - and they''re looking for an experienced Property Credit Controller who wants to play a bigger part. You''ll work alongside an excellent Client Account Manager, join a high-performing team and have direct access to the Managing Director. The difference? You''ll be trusted. The MD wants someone experienced, commercially aware and confident enough to make decisions, challenge processes and bring ideas to the table. You''ll own your portfolio end to end: Rental arrears Landlord and tenant relationships Section 8 notices Complex account resolution Prioritising and managing your own workload Driving outstanding balances to resolution You''ll have the authority to manage your portfolio your way - with accountability for the results. Then there''s the bigger opportunity. The business is expanding and Credit Control needs to evolve with it.
