Duties: Contact customers via phone and email regarding overdue invoices Investigate disputes with client accounts and resolve in a timely manner Review and improve credit control processes in-house Ensure compliance is met Ad-hoc duties as requested by the finance team Build and maintain relationship with customers Desirable: Good time management Proficient in Microsoft Excel Stakeholder management Salary and information: 32,000 - 36,000 Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in 2 days from home If you are interested in this role please apply today!
