Credit Controller

Location: Bristol Contract: TemporaryOur client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy finance team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, reducing outstanding debt and resolving queries efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of customer accountsChasing outstanding payments by phone and emailAllocating and reconciling customer paymentsInvestigating and resolving account queriesMaintaining accurate customer recordsMonitoring aged debt and reducing overdue balancesLiaising with internal teams to resolve billing and account issuesSupporting month-end reporting and reconciliationsAbout YouPrevious experience in Credit Control or Accounts ReceivableConfident communicating with customers by phone and emailStrong attention to detail and good organisational skillsComfortable working to deadlines and targetsGood Excel and general IT skillsExperience using finance systemsAble to work independently and as part of a ..... full job details .....
