This is a varied role with responsibility for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring payments are received promptly, accounts are maintained accurately and credit is managed in line with company policy. You will work closely with customers and a range of internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries, manage outstanding balances and support effective credit and debt management.
