What you ll be doing The Credit Controller will manage a portfolio of trade debtor accounts, handling the collection of finances. It will be the targeted responsibility of the Credit Controller to manage debt recovery. Chase debt via both verbal and written communication in particular, regular telephone contact with debtors. Ensure customer queries are processed and resolved in an efficient and timely manner. Preparation of chasing letters and issuance of legal action where necessary. Monthly statement production and distribution. Undertake regular reporting to the Senior Controller including debtor levels and overdue accounts. Complete monthly reports for members of the finance team and other internal departments. Arrange and attend meetings as necessary to discuss and resolve debt ..... full job details .....
