Credit Controller
As a Credit Controller in an established industry, based in Eastbourne, you''ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day credit control processes to keep the business running smoothly. Your work will focus on ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate records and building strong relationships with customers. Client Details A growth organisation, based in Eastbourne. Description Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments. Chase outstanding invoices and resolve payment queries efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies as needed. Prepare credit reports and provide updates to the finance team. Ensure compliance with company credit control policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues. Support the Accounting and Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required. Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Good communication and negotiation skills for dealing with customers. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. An understanding of financial processes and procedures.
