Prepare and issue invoices, statements and reminders to clients. Resolve payment discrepancies and address customer queries. Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities. Liaise with internal departments to ensure account accuracy and compliance. Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and account statuses.
