The Credit Controller will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the organisation''s financial records, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure prompt and accurate payment collection.Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and queries effectively.Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the accounting team.Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.Assist in the preparation of invoices and follow up on overdue payments.Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.ProfileA successful Credit Controller should have:Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role.Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to adapt to new tools quickly.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients effectively.A proactive and organised approach to managing workload and meeting deadlines.Job OfferCompetitive hourly rate of £14.00 to £18.00 per hour, depending on ..... full job details .....
