The business offers a supportive, collaborative culture where individuals are given ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact Client Details Reporting to the AR leader, you''ll take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, managing the full credit control process whilst ensuring cash collection targets are achieved and customer accounts remain accurate and up to date. This role would suit an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys building relationships, resolving complex queries and working within a fast-paced FMCG, manufacturing or distribution environment. Description The key responsibilities of the Credit Controller include: Managing and maximising cash collection across a portfolio of major retail customers. Building strong working relationships with customer accounts teams and navigating retailer payment portals. Investigating and resolving invoice disputes, short payments and deductions. Reconciling high-volume sales ledger accounts, ensuring timely allocation of cash, credits and debits. Monitoring retailer rebates, promotional deductions and trade spend claims.
