Client Details Our client is based in Burton on Trent, they offer hybrid working (3 days office 2 days home) and 9-5 working hours. Description Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments are received. Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and resolve payment queries. Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records are maintained. Prepare reports on outstanding debts and update internal systems regularly. Work closely with the finance team to address account discrepancies. Assist in developing and improving credit control processes. Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: Previous experience in a credit control or similar role. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
