As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented operational, support and commercial staff.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Credit Controller with a skillset to manage the credit control function within our student division. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection of outstanding rent and fees from our student tenants, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any payment discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining positive tenant relationships.As part of our credit control team, you will monitor student accounts to ensure timely payment of rent and fees. You will communicate with students regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules, and review and analyse tenant payment histories and identify trends or issues.You will implement effective debt collection strategies to minimize arrears and make regular phone calls to tenants who are in arrears.
