Credit Controller (Maternity Cover)

Cygnet is looking to appoint a Credit Controller to join our growing Head Office Finance team based in Kingshill office. Please note this is a 12 months'' FTC covering Maternity Leave. Purpose of the role: This is a role within the Healthcare Credit Control team as a Credit Controller working on the FT ledger. This role ensures all revenue is collected in a timely fashion on a high volume/high value ledger and dealing with the associated queries that come up. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Chasing debt by email and sometimes phone. You will have a set of accounts to chase, and ensure all invoices are chased and paid in accordance with our payment terms. Ensuring overdue debt is kept to a minimum with clear status notes and plan on next steps. Dealing with a high level of complex queries and following the query resolution and escalation process. Raising credit requests in line with the credit note policy in a timely manner. To identify any potential delays or high-risk issues on an account and discussing this with the Senior or Credit Control Manager. To attend weekly 1:1''s with the team manager to go through a debtor review, ensuring the monthly cash targets are being achieved. ..... full job details .....
