Credit Controller High Wycombe Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home) 30,000 - 32,000 + BenefitsMarc Daniels are urgently seeking a Credit Controller to join a well-known, award-winning company based in High Wycombe on a permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys building relationships, managing a busy ledger, and working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Effectively chase customers within your dedicated portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding debt.Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally to minimise delays in payment.Deliver a high level of customer service whilst maintaining a proactive approach to debt collection.Manage a high volume of accounts and transactions in a fast-paced environment.Work closely with the finance team to support invoicing and account reconciliation activities.Produce and analyse reports using Excel to assist with account management and debt reduction.Carry out ad hoc duties as required to support the Credit Control Manager and wider finance team.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years'' Credit Control experience.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Experience working with high volumes of invoices and customer accounts.Good Excel skills, including the ability to work with formulas, ..... full job details .....
