Credit Controller

What You ll Be Doing Managing the full Credit Control/ Accounts Receivable process, from invoicing through to cash collection Proactively chasing outstanding payments and reducing overdue debt Building positive relationships with customers and internal teams Resolving invoice queries and managing disputes confidently and professionally Monitoring customer credit limits and helping to minimise financial risk Working closely with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues quickly Providing regular updates and insights on debtor positions Improving credit control processes and suggesting smarter ways of working Taking ownership when things don t go to plan and driving solutions What We re Looking For 5+ years experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable (UK-based experience) Confident using Excel and Office 365 Experience with SAP and/or Power BI would be a bonus A proactive, organised approach with strong communication skills Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and dealing with customers Why Apply?
