Credit Controller

We are currently working with an industry leading organisation based in Birmingham who are looking for a Credit Controller on an initial three-month temporary contract.This is a full-time role offering an hourly rate of c.£20.19 Umbrella. There is a hybrid working policy, requiring you in the office 2 days per week, and it is due to start as soon as possible.Duties will include (but are not limited to):Managing a ledger of approximately 1,500 live accountsEnsuring that invoices are authorised, raised and posted accurately and timelyTaking full responsibility for key debt accounts to ensure the monies owed are timely and there are no outstanding issuesEnsuring that debt is collected within set targets and outstanding monies are actively chasedBuilding excellent working relationships with clients and customers across the boardConducting daily bank and statement reconciliationsExperience required:A background chasing high volumes of commercial or personal debtRewards and benefits:Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)Possibility of a permanent positionWorking hours:37 hours per weekMonday - Friday 9am-5pmPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
