This is a varied and hands-on role covering the full credit control cycle: producing and issuing premium and contra debt statements to brokers and members, chasing outstanding balances by phone and email, and working closely with underwriting teams to resolve unpaid premiums. You''ll investigate incoming remittances to ensure premiums are correctly applied, manage cash allocation, and keep unallocated cash and aged debt to a minimum. The role also involves processing return premiums, brokerage and credit refunds, setting up and verifying new payee bank details, and resolving offsets and internal or external queries in a timely manner.
