The successful candidate will manage client sales ledgers across a varied portfolio, ensuring debts are collected promptly, records remain accurate and queries are resolved professionally.   Working closely with the Relationship Manager and wider operations team, you will help maintain ledger quality, improve client cash flow and highlight potential risks at an early stage. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the confidence to balance excellent customer service with effective debt recovery.   Key responsibilities Set up and maintain accurate client files for credit control purposes.
