Credit Controller - High Peak

Description

• Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding balances.
• Monitor and review credit limits, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and distribute customer statements and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Handle queries and disputes efficiently to maintain good customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the credit control process.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and communications.
• Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports for management review.
• Support the Accounting & Finance team in related tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Proven experience in credit control or a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer
