Your new roleReporting to the Credit Manager, you will take ownership of a ledger of customer accounts, proactively managing collection activities while delivering a professional and customer-focused service. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining a portfolio of customer accounts. Chasing outstanding debt through telephone, email, and written correspondence. Building strong relationships with customers to encourage prompt payment. Negotiating payment plans and resolving account queries. Monitoring aged debt and reducing overdue balances.
