The Role Working within a busy and fast-paced credit function, you''ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, reducing aged debt, and ensuring payments are collected efficiently while maintaining excellent service levels.Key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of customer accounts. Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries. Negotiating payment plans where appropriate. Allocating cash and reconciling accounts. Supporting month-end reporting activities.
