Following continued growth, the business is seeking a commercially minded professional to take ownership of the credit control function and play a pivotal role in safeguarding cash flow and mitigating financial risk.Your new roleThis is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Credit Controller who enjoys working autonomously, managing complex customer accounts and influencing positive commercial outcomes. The successful candidate will become the primary point of contact for all credit control activities, supporting the wider business through the effective management of a substantial customer ledger.Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will assume responsibility for the end-to-end management of a high-value sales ledger, overseeing customer accounts with monthly values ranging between 13 million and 18 million.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and recovering outstanding debt to ensure timely collection of monies owed.Coordinating debt collection procedures for overdue accounts, including escalation to third-party collection specialists where appropriate.Liaising with solicitors, legal representatives and enforcement agencies to support legal recovery proceedings.Monitoring assigned accounts, reviewing aged debt and implementing effective recovery strategies ..... full job details .....
