Credit Controller FTC

Avencia are partnered with a global insurer who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support with a backlog of activity within their Xchanging function. This role would suit a junior candidate looking to gain further London Market experience, or someone with prior exposure to Xchanging seeking a short-term opportunity within a supportive team environment. The role This role will focus on processing and clearing outstanding items across internal systems, supporting the smooth running of credit control operations. Full training will be provided on internal and bespoke systems, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with some London Market exposure looking to further develop their experience. Support the clearance of backlog items within Xchanging and related systemsProcess and move transactions through internal platformsUpdate records accurately, ensuring signing numbers, dates and financial data are correctly recordedWork towards agreed targets to reduce outstanding system itemsMaintain accuracy and compliance with London Market processes Skills and experience Previous experience within insuranceExposure to Xchanging preferred, but not essentialUnderstanding of the London MarketStrong attention to detail and ability to work through high volumes of transactionsComfortable working with systems and handling data ..... full job details .....
