Credit Controller Temporary to Permanent Location: DroitwichContract: 3-Month Temp (with view to permanent) Salary: £25,000-£27,000 We are currently working in partnership with a well-established business who are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to support their finance operations during a busy period. The successful candidate will play a vital part in managing the company s accounts receivable, ensuring a smooth cash flow process and assisting with general finance and office administration tasks. This will be a full time position based at their office in Droitwich. Key Responsibilities: Managing the credit control function, including proactive chasing of outstanding payments via phone, email, and written correspondence. Posting sales invoices accurately and within deadlines. Allocating incoming payments and maintaining up-to-date customer accounts. Producing aged debt reports and assisting with cash flow forecasting. Escalating problematic accounts where required (e.g. legal action or debt recovery). Creating and maintaining customer and supplier accounts in the finance system. Liaising with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to resolve queries.
