Credit ControllerSouth Birmingham (Hybrid Working)6 Month Fixed Term Contract£28,000 - £32,000We are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a growing marketing business based in South Birmingham on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.Working as part of a wider finance team, you will manage a ledger of approximately 200 live accounts, alongside supporting the recovery of outstanding balances across a legacy client ledger.The role will involve:Managing a portfolio of approximately 200 live client accountsChasing outstanding debt and negotiating payment arrangementsManaging a legacy client ledger and resolving outstanding balancesInvestigating account histories before contacting clientsResolving account queries and disputesProducing reports and analysing data using Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPsIdeally you will:Have previous experience within Credit Control, Collections or Accounts ReceivableDemonstrate excellent communication skills and empathy when dealing with clientsPossess strong problem-solving and investigative skillsBe confident handling complex client conversations and resolving disputesHave good Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPsBe organised and able to manage a busy workloadIn return you will:Join a supportive finance teamBenefit from hybrid workingGain exposure to complex account management and problem solvingWork within a growing and fast-paced businessThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller looking ..... full job details .....
