Credit Controller

Role : Credit Controller  
Location : Bromsgrove
 
Package : up to £30,000 / 8.30am - 4.30pm  / 25+ 8 holiday allowance
 
We are specialists in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration providing exceptional service, maintenance and repairs across the country employing over 60 employees.  With over 20 years of experience in our field helping organisations of various sizes such as Supermarkets, Shops, Bars and Clubs, Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitals to mention a few.
 
We are now looking to recruit for an experienced Credit Controller in our office. 
 
Customer focus is key in this role and the ability to manage the customer account from process improvement, billing management and query resolution.
 
You will ideally be commercially focused and drive all financial aspects of a rapidly growing business to deliver exceptional cash flow, customer relations, minimise credits and improve profitability.
 
The Key Role Activities
 
?Contacting Debtors and customers regarding credit.
? Billing process improvement
? Customer account reviews
?Payment prediction
?Statements
?Payment requests
?Pro-active query resolution
?Updating and Posting Cashbooks.
?Reconciling payments.
?Discrepancy management
?Updating customers online accounts.
