The Role: Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will manage a portfolio of domestic and international customer accounts, driving collections and helping to maximise cash flow. Working closely with Sales, Events and Finance, you will manage outstanding balances, resolve queries and ensure payments are secured ahead of major events. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts, ensuring invoices are paid within agreed terms. Proactively chase outstanding debt by telephone and email. Monitor aged debt, identify risks and implement effective collection strategies. Produce accurate customer statements and maintain up-to-date debtor records. Ensure outstanding balances are resolved ahead of event opening dates. Investigate billing queries and work with customers and internal teams to resolve issues. Reconcile ..... full job details .....
