About the role: We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to take ownership of the sales ledger and manage the timely collection of outstanding debt. This role is responsible for maintaining healthy cash flow, reducing debtor days and supporting the transition from Xero to Sage Intacct Essentials. Your key responsibilities will include: Manage the debtor ledger and a portfolio of customer accounts. Collect outstanding debt by telephone and email while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Record all collection activity accurately on customer accounts.
