Each team member is responsible for the following aspects of their nominated accounts: Receive, balance, and enter bank payments Allocate payments Reconcile accounts Deal with queries / PODs / correspondence etc. Follow up as required Follow up overdue accounts by letter and phone and email Liaise with sales force and internal staff re overdue accounts, queries and other matters as necessary Permanent
