Here s a look at some of the things you ll be doing:Provide financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders by ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial data in line with company policies and statutory reporting requirements. Prepare weekly bank reconciliations for both receipts and payments accounts, allocate daily bank receipts to customer accounts, and update the cashflow spreadsheet with daily transactionsMaintain debtor days below 50 by creating aged debt reports, chasing outstanding balances, handling customer queries promptly, and escalating overdue debts when necessary.
