Job Duties: Conducting credit checks and managing credit limits Proactively contacting customers with outstanding balances and tracking follow-ups Investigating disputed claims and ensuring timely resolution Managing customer accounts, including onboarding and updates Performing month-end closing tasks Posting bank transactions and maintaining accurate records Work cross department to ensure all issues and queries are resolved What we are looking for: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role Experience in a similar credit control or finance role Experience with Microsoft and strong Excel skills Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships So, are you ready for your next job?
