We are working with a growing organisation that is investing heavily in modernising its finance function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative credit control team during an exciting period of change, where you will play a key role in improving processes, resolving complex queries, and helping establish best-in-class credit control standards. This role goes beyond traditional collections. It requires someone inquisitive, solutions-focused, and comfortable digging into the detail to resolve issues, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive outcomes. The Role You will join a credit control team of experienced professionals in a business that is currently evolving its billing and credit control processes following the implementation of a new finance system. Your focus will be on owning and managing your ledger end-to-end resolving queries, building relationships, and ensuring debt is reduced effectively. You will also contribute to documenting and improving processes as the team works towards creating a gold standard credit control function.
